So what is the difference between left-bar (actions) and right-bar(tools) entries?
Left-bar (actions) entries are exclusive, i.e. only one action can be active at a time. Contrary, right-bar (tools) entries are all active when Pixopedia is started. Currently, you can see only one at a time, but in one of the next versions, a possibility to detach each tool panel will be added, so that user can move them on secondary display/monitor.
